I listed and sold over 100 homes/month during my 20 years as a real estate agent. My success in real estate brought me to my current career in real estate coaching. We use a strategy called “Immersion Training"; instead of learning something new piecemeal, immersion training involves challenging yourself to hyper-focus on a new skill.

Amber Flynn-Jared

Growing up as a military brat, Amber Flynn-Jared has lived all over the world and seen the value of hard work, adaptability, and Lord knows she’s never met a stranger! Amber’s career path has taken an unconventional route as she served her family as a stay-at-home mom until she found herself abruptly and humbly divorced in 2011. Two years later she took the plunge into full time real estate and has been failing forward ever since! Amber is the broker/team leader of her boutique brokerage in the heart of small town USA. After years of personally selling over 100 homes/yr (in a town of 35,000 people), she began her real estate team, The Jared Group. Closing over 500 deals in 2021, The Jared Group is dedicated to five-star service and significant community impact. Amber lives in Cookeville, TN with her saint of a husband, Lynn. Outside of real estate, Amber stays busy serving on numerous boards, attending happy hour, and spending time with her four adult children, four grandbabies, and an overweight English bulldog.

KayDee Hallert

KayDee started her Real Estate Career in 2006 in her hometown of Eugene, Oregon. She currently resides with her husband and two teenage boys in Eugene's sister city, Springfield, Oregon. She has grown her team to 13 agents plus a full-time administrator and a transaction coordinator. She prides herself on helping other agents achieve their goals by giving them support, guidance, and resources. This mentorship extends not just to her team, but to all agents in her community, through her work as Springfield Board of Realtors President in 2017 and teaching continuing education classes. This earned her 2019 SBOR Realtor of the Year. Currently, she serves on the OAR Professional Development Key Committee, the NAR Professional Development Key Committee, and continues to share her knowledge to help agents grow.

With nine buyer agents, an operations manager, and an intern on staff, Kellie and her mother Linda operate as a one-stop-shop serving the real estate needs of aspiring buyers and sellers. Last year, 52% of their business was generated by repeat and referral clientele—a proven testament to their staying power as agents. They were also the #1 team in her brokerage company and in the top 1% of all of the Realtors in her local Board of Realtors.
