The goal of this challenge is to secure as many recruits to your real estate team as you can from May 12th - June 30th, 2022.  More than that, the goal of this challenge is to stretch your thinking to help you realize what's possible and what you can achieve once you put your mind to it. After the four-hour webinar on the 12th, you'll have until the 30th to recruit, recruit, recruit.

We use a strategy called “Immersion Training"; instead of learning something new piecemeal, immersion training involves challenging yourself to hyper-focus on a new skill.

Jason Lash lives and works in West Michigan. He has a second Real Estate team that covers Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale, FL. He is happily married with two kids, two cats, and a dog, so he has little to no free time! He coaches little league baseball and his kids play every sport you can imagine. In his “free time” he's driving his kids to and from games. He is qualified to coach people that want to turn their real estate into a business.
He specializes in lead generation, follow-up systems, recruiting, and Google pay-per-click.

Amber’s career path has taken an unconventional route as she served her family as a stay-at-home mom until she found herself abruptly and humbly divorced in 2011. Two years later she took the plunge into full time real estate and has been failing forward ever since! Amber is the broker/team leader of her boutique brokerage in the heart of small town USA. After years of personally selling over 100 homes/yr (in a town of 35,000 people), she began her real estate team, The Jared Group. Closing over 500 deals in 2021, The Jared Group is dedicated to five-star service and significant community impact. Amber lives in Cookeville, TN, with her saint of a husband, Lynn. Outside of real estate, Amber stays busy serving on numerous boards, attending happy hour, and spending time with her four adult children, four grandbabies, and an overweight English bulldog.

I have lived my whole adult life dedicated to service. Starting with serving in the US Army immediately out of high school where I learned discipline and maturity to compliment the strong work ethic that had been instilled in me by my father. Upon my honorable discharge from the military I used my motivation to become one of the top multi-unit restaurant operating partners in the city. Leading a crew of over 150 employees in providing excellent customer service on a daily basis and earning many awards for excellent service and business practices along the way. I sold 72 homes in 2015 on my own before I started my team at the end of 2015. I now oversee the daily operations and growth of a 40-member real estate team along with my daughter, Courtney. In growing the team, I have learned that my true calling is to help other real estate agents accomplish their goals and dreams in this wonderful real estate industry that we love.

I have been recruiting as part of my job since 1995 and spent 20 years in the retail field where recruiting is a year-round event. Most of those years were spent focusing on recruiting top talent for seasonal events where growing your team by 70 or more in a matter of weeks is a requirement. This is where I found my passion for helping people find work they love and matching them up with not just a job but a career. From there I transitioned out of recruiting for retail only and began working fully in the recruiting field. Collectively I have spent the past 18 years successfully matching career-minded people with jobs they love. I am the proud mother of two. My daughter is married and has been a middle school teacher for the last few years. My son just found his passion in education as well and is working as a para-educator for the littles in the 5-8 year age range. I spend as much time with them as our schedules permit. Most days I begin with a 3-4 mile walk and I am both a huge book nerd and an avid Seattle sports fan (even when it makes me sad).
